ISRO launches Earth Observation Satellite-8 from Sriharikota

ISRO successfully launched the Earth Observation Satellite-8 (EOS-08) on August 16, 2024, from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. This mission marks the third and final developmental flight of the Small Satellite Launch Vehicle (SSLV-D3), which is designed to provide a cost-effective solution for launching small satellites into Low Earth Orbit (LEO).
