HCLTech, a prominent global technology company, has announced a significant expansion of its operations in Hyderabad, unveiling a new state-of-the-art tech center that will create 5,000 new job opportunities. This announcement was made during a meeting involving Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, IT & Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu, and HCLTech’s Global CEO C. Vijayakumar at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos on January 20, 2025.
New Facility Details
The newly established center spans 320,000 square feet and is situated in Hyderabad’s Hi-Tech City. It is designed to deliver advanced solutions in cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation across various sectors, including hi-tech, life sciences, and financial services. This facility is notable for receiving Gold Certification from the Indian Green Building Council, reflecting HCLTech’s commitment to sustainable business practices.
